Saddleworth Beer Festival

Here's a few pics of us dressed up as bird flu for the Saddleworth Beer Festival in Oldham nr Manchester. The aim of the game is to walk ~11 miles in the Pennine Hills stopping off at every pub along the way for beer and fodder. This year the weather was perfect and there was a real carnival atmosphere with people lining the streets and all bouyed-up, sorry beered-up, following England's win against Paraguay in our first match of the World Cup. There were some excellent costumes, from King Kong and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (including the car) to some fellas dressed up as biggots with greasy hair, manky string vests and cacky Y-fronts...has to be seen to be appreciated.
